Using FAINTR

FAINTR provides tools for exploring Pokémon GO teams, simulated matchups, IVs, rosters, and saved teams. These terms apply to the website at faintr.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

You must be eligible to use your chosen sign-in provider and obtain any guardian permission required for your use. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account and for activity through it.

Free tools and accounts

Team search, Team Grader, Matchups, PvP IVs, and Meta are free. VIP provides Anti-Meta, private Pokémon storage, saved teams, a battle log and win-rate trends, a roster upgrade planner, and saved-team change alerts. An account is required for VIP so access and saved information can follow you across devices.

The current service limits each account to 2,000 roster entries, 300 saved teams, 2,000 battle-log entries, and approximately 3 MB of combined saved data. Features, data availability, and technical limits may change as the service develops.

VIP prices and payments

VIP costs $1.99 USD per month or $7 USD once for one-time account access. Both options unlock the same current VIP features. Checkout displays the amount due and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. Payments and billing management are handled by Stripe. Access is linked to the FAINTR account used for checkout; use the same account when signing in on another device.

The monthly membership renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel through Manage billing; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. A failed payment, refund, or payment dispute may interrupt access. Contact us if a billing issue is affecting access you believe you paid for.

One-time access has no recurring membership charge. It applies to this account for as long as FAINTR offers these features. It does not promise that the service will operate forever, and it does not automatically include separately sold future products.

Refunds and billing support

For duplicate or incorrect charges, difficulty accessing paid features, or another refund request, contact [email protected] with your account email and payment date. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. Refund requests are reviewed individually; cancellation does not automatically refund payments already made. A full refund of a one-time purchase removes that purchase's VIP access. Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply by law.

Your saved information

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You give FAINTR permission to host, process, cache, and back up that information to provide and maintain the service. The Privacy Policy explains how account data, saved information, and bug reports are handled. Keep your own exports of information important to you.

Only submit information you are entitled to share. Do not put passwords, access tokens, payment information, or other sensitive information into roster notes or bug reports.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's account or private data, bypass security or usage limits, flood the service with requests or reports, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully. FAINTR may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.

Simulation limits and availability

FAINTR's grades, rankings, suggestions, and simulations are informational tools. They do not guarantee game outcomes. Results depend on the available game data and simulation assumptions and can differ from actual play. The service and its data may contain errors, become outdated, or be unavailable during maintenance or outages.

The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Third-party services and intellectual property

FAINTR uses services including Cloudflare, Supabase, GitHub, Google, Discord, and Stripe, which have their own applicable terms and policies. Optional community links take you to separate services.

Battle simulation, game data, and rankings are based on PvPoke, used under its MIT License. Pokémon and Pokémon GO are trademarks of their respective owners. FAINTR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Niantic, Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company. These terms do not replace the licenses applicable to separately distributed source code or third-party components.

Leaving the service

You can stop using FAINTR at any time, download your saved account data, and delete your account through its account panel. Cancel any renewing subscription through Manage billing before deleting your account. Download and deletion remain available after VIP access ends. The Privacy Policy explains the handling of payment records, reports, and backup copies after deletion.
